Our Process
We pride ourselves on responsive, quality service
Customers know they’re not just getting good work; they’re getting honest advice at a fair price. People-First Technicians with Top-Tier Skills

1. Assessment and Design
We start by assessing your current building layout, square footage, windows, and ductwork. We then calculate our heating and cooling load size, this will dictate your system size and the equipment we suggest.

2. Removal of old equipment and Installation of new equipment
We safely disconnect existing electrical and equipment while complying with all environmental regulations. After removal we then install your new equipment. After safely installing the new equipment we then run duct work and refrigerant lines. We then install the condensate line and the overflow switch/pan.

3. Charging & Testing the System
Upon successful installation of equipment, duct work, and wiring, your system is charged with the appropriate refrigerant. Before your first system startup we test for leaks that could cause inefficiency in your system. Finally we run a performance test to make sure you system is working to specification.

“Excellent Job”
Charles did an excellent job installing two thermostats in my home in Duluth, GA. He was punctual, friendly, and clearly very experienced. Not only did he handle the installation with ease, but he also identified and replaced some blown fuses, getting both thermostats up and running perfectly. I really appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommend!
