1. Inspection
We begin your maintenance appointment by first checking system components with a physical inspection. We look over filters, coils, ducts, refrigerant lines, electrical connections, and thermostat functions. Upon visual inspection we run the system and listen for any inconsistencies. Final we evaluate performance of your system by testing airflow, temperature consistency, and energy efficiency.

2. Cleaning
Filter should be cleaned and/or replaced every 1-3 months. Your evaporator and condenser coils will be cleaned before we clear out your drain lines, and remove any found debris.

3. Testing and Calibration
Finally we assure your system is in good hands by testing your controls, checking refrigerant levels, re-calibrating your thermostat, and finally verifying all your electrical connections are in good condition.
